What is OEM ?
OEM, or Original Equipment Manufacturer, refers to the process where a company designs and manufactures products that are marketed under another company’s brand name. As an OEM service provider, we specialize in creating high-quality, products that align with our clients’ unique specifications, ensuring their brand identity is upheld.
OEM Procedures

1. Consultation Session and Sample Application Process
In the sample application process, our business development executive will record the customer’s request based on the product’s function or the raw materials they want to include for marketing and branding purposes.
A RM50 fee is charged for the consultation, which also covers product details, pricing, minimum order quantity, delivery timeline, and payment terms.
2. Research and Sample Formulation Process
When a customer submits a sample form, it is sent to the lab and research officer to start the product formulation.
First, market research is done to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitors. The team also checks if the selected materials are available, cost-effective, and suitable.
Next, the best materials and technologies are chosen based on the product’s goals. Sometimes, advanced technologies are used for better results.
Before the sample is finalized, lab tests are done to check stability, safety, and effectiveness.
This whole process takes about 2 to 3 weeks.
3. Trial Samples for Customers
Samples are given to the customer for testing and may also be shared with potential buyers to gather feedback on effectiveness, texture, taste, and other factors.
If the customer is not satisfied, the lab will revise the formulation up to two times at no extra cost.
Once the customer approves the formulation, a quotation will be provided.
4. Quotation to Customers
Once the customer agrees to the product formulation and production volume, the Business Development Executive will issue a quotation.
The quotation includes the product registration fee, carton and plastic wrap charges, and a 10% Sales and Services Tax (SST).
Packaging material costs are not included. The quotation is valid for 30 days, and any changes will require an updated version.
The order is confirmed once the customer agrees to the quotation.
5. Purchase Order (PO) from CustomersDelivery
Once the customer agrees to the quotation, they send an official Purchase Order (PO).
The PO includes:
Customer’s name and address
PO number and date
List of products with details and quantities
Prices and total amount
The customer also pays a 50% deposit to the Business Development Executive.
After confirmation, the factory starts processing the order—this includes manufacturing, packaging, and preparing for delivery. Resources are planned carefully to finish the order on time.
6. Delivery of Packaging Materials to the Factory
Customers can use their own packaging supplier or get a recommendation from us. They pay the supplier directly.
Before delivery, customers must list all packaging items and ensure correct size, color, and design to avoid delays.
Materials must match order quantity and include delivery documents. The factory checks for quality and damage.
Any issues will be fixed. Extras can be stored or returned; damaged items are disposed of.
7. Product Processing
Product processing begins only after all packaging materials are available at the factory. The production process takes approximately two to three weeks and involves several steps, including weighing raw materials, mixing, filling into sachets, bottles, or boxes, plastic wrapping, and carton packaging.
8. Finished Product and Balance Payment
Before delivery, the quality control team checks the product to make sure it meets all agreed standards.
Once the product is ready, the customer is informed by phone or WhatsApp with delivery details and required documents. The best delivery method is chosen based on the product and location, and a tracking number is shared.
A proforma invoice is sent with the remaining balance. After payment is received, the official invoice and Delivery Order (DO) are issued.
